Keenan Ballo

Keenan L. Ballo concentrates his practice in criminal, commercial, family and personal injury matters.  With respect to criminal matters, Mr. Ballo has handled everything from traffic tickets, misdemeanors, felonies, DUIs to murder.  He has obtained successful results for his clients engaged in criminal litigation through dispositive motions, settlement negotiations and trials.  With respect to commercial matters, Keenan Ballo regularly represents business owners regarding employment law issues, contract issues, incorporation, merger and acquisition issues.  Mr. Ballo aggressively advocates for his commercial clients involved in all phases of litigation from pre-suit through trial. With respect to family law, Keenan Ballo has assisted clients with various matters including but not limited to divorce, child support and custody issues, wills, estate planning, power of attorney, and Department of Child and Family Service issues. He has effectively advocated for his clients to obtain favorable results and has participated in numerous divorce trials, mediations and settlement negotiations.  With respect to personal injury matters, Keenan Ballo has represented numerous individuals who were wronged by another’s negligence.  Mr. Ballo has secured positive settlement amounts on behalf of his clients and has participated in extensive negotiations, mediations, arbitrations and litigation to achieve those positive results. Prior to running his own practice, attorney Keenan Ballo worked for a prestigious boutique family law and commercial litigation firm in Chicago, Illinois.  Before that, Keenan Ballo worked for the Illinois House of Representatives.  Keenan Ballo stays active within his community by volunteering and donating to various local charities.  When he is not working, Mr. Ballo enjoys spending time with his family, attending Chicago sporting events and traveling.
